Praise Church’s Youth Ministry is where it's at for Jr. High and High School students. Urgency exists to gather the teens, disciple them into strong believers and leaders in Christ, and yes . . . have fun doing it.
Praise Church sent
the Youth Group to New Orleans for a Summer Missions trip in July to
help hurricane victims and share the love of Jesus with residents of
the city. It was an awesome trip and many lives were touched and
changed. The team helped gut two severely damaged homes in the
Lakeview and Chalmette area, and fed residents at the "City of Hope"
relief center. They did a puppet show and helped feed children at
the Fisher Housing Project. The team also shared the gospel with locals and merchants at
the French Quarter area. One minister told us that he had never seen
a youth group with such a hunger for God and a love for each other!
